Join a guided northern lights chase starting and ending in Tromsø. Travel by bus or minibus to viewing areas chosen according to cloud cover and aurora conditions, rather than following a fixed sightseeing route.
This is a reusable experience suggestion, not a specific operator's bookable departure. Confirm the meeting point, return transport, departure time, duration, clothing provision and physical requirements when choosing a tour. Some chases involve lengthy drives and late returns; choose a shorter option if that better suits your needs. Darkness and clear skies are necessary, and a sighting cannot be guaranteed.
