Værøy Heliport at Tabbisodden is the passenger air gateway to Værøy in outer Lofoten. Scheduled helicopter travel connects the island with Bodø. This is the working heliport, distinct from the island's former fixed-wing airport.
Arrange the local transfer to your accommodation and check the helicopter's baggage conditions before booking. Værøy is separated from the rest of Lofoten by sea, so any onward island journey requires a ferry or another flight. Allow flexibility around the weather and separate transport connections.
