Namsos Airport is close to Namsos and serves the Namdalen region. It is useful for visiting the town, the Namsen river country and nearby inland and coastal communities reached by road.
Book a rental car or arrange your onward transfer before arrival. If your plans involve a coastal island, check the remaining journey to the relevant ferry or boat terminal. The airport serves a regional network with a limited timetable, so allow enough time for a separate bus or rail connection.
