Höga Kusten Airport

Höga Kusten Airport is near Kramfors and serves the High Coast and the Ångermanälven valley, including Sollefteå. It is a useful domestic arrival point for the region's coastal scenery, villages and walking areas. Örnsköldsvik Airport provides another air gateway to the High Coast farther north.

Prebook an airport taxi or rental car. A railway station is nearby, but the airport advises that train and flight times do not always connect well; the short transfer to the station also needs planning. A car gives greater flexibility for attractions outside the main towns.
