Visby Airport

Visby Airport is just north of Visby and is the main air gateway to Gotland. It serves city breaks in the medieval town as well as holidays across Gotland and onward trips to Fårö. Flight choices are broader in the main visitor season, so check the dates for your route.

Local buses run between the airport and Visby, and taxis and rental cars are available. For rural accommodation or Fårö, plan the onward road journey and any ferry connection separately. A stay in Visby itself can often be managed without hiring a car.
