Långnäs färjeterminal is an important ferry arrival point in eastern mainland Åland. The harbour is used by operators connecting Åland with Sweden and mainland Finland, including overnight calls. It provides an alternative to Mariehamn, but it is outside the town and requires a planned onward journey.
