Mariehamn Airport

Mariehamn Airport is in Jomala, just outside Mariehamn, and is the main air gateway to Åland. It is useful for the town, the main island's villages and onward journeys through the archipelago.

Taxis meet scheduled arrivals and rental-car options are available. For a stay on an outer island, check the road and ferry connection separately with Åland's transport services. The airport does not provide direct road access to every island, and ferry timetables can determine which arrival works best for your itinerary.
