Mariehamns färjeterminal
Mariehamns färjeterminal is the main passenger-ferry terminal in Västerhamn, on the western side of Mariehamn. It receives Baltic ferry services and is a convenient arrival point for a stay in the town or onward travel around Åland. The eastern waterfront and Långnäs harbour are separate places.
Check the exact Åland port on your booking: some itineraries use Långnäs rather than Mariehamn, especially at night. Plan the next stage to your accommodation around the actual arrival time. If joining a ship that calls only briefly, follow the operator's check-in deadline and boarding instructions, and use local time when comparing sailings across the Baltic.
