Dunkers Kulturhus gives art, music and history a shared public space. An exhibition can be the focus of a visit, but the building also hosts performances, talks and creative activities. Its programme makes it a place to return to, with different work and ideas coming into view over time.
A building shaped for culture
Designed by Kim Utzon and inaugurated in 2002, the house was made possible by the Henry and Gerda Dunker donation fund. Its architecture is part of the experience, while its institutions include Helsingborg's art gallery, museum and cultural school.
Choose a visit around what interests you: contemporary art, photography, a performance or a conversation. The strongest reason to come is the current programme, rather than an assumption that the same exhibition will always be on display.

Choose the programme first
Check the current exhibitions and events before visiting. Building opening hours and exhibition opening hours are listed separately; an open building does not mean that every exhibition is open.
Check the ticket and admission arrangements for your chosen event or exhibition. The entrance information service can help with the programme. Consult the venue's accessibility information or contact it about assistance requirements.
